My sump pump went out and they replaced it the someday at a very reasonable cost. They also put down a vapor barrier and installed the original sump pump a few years ago. They are great to work with.

I had a chance to meet Jake at a property I was selling. He was prompt and extremely professional. He was also very knowledgeable about my property's foundation issue and was able to provide much needed wisdom. The team at Smouse Brothers were honest and did not try to make me pay for something that wasn't necessary. I would definitely use them again and refer them to any one else needing repair work done, or a consultation.

Oh my gosh , I am so so please. They tore out all of my livingroom floor right down to the beams. Then they added a joist and pillars before putting down a new sub floor that is now even with my others floors so my new flooring will flow seamlessly. All the guys were professional and polite. They answered all my questions and the work was completed on time. They cleaned up their mess which I greatly appreciated. They saved me lots of money and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. The whole time they were here, they kept me informed on what was happening. I highly recommend them.

The crew was extremely competent and explained everything they were doing, and they left our yard looking better than it had looked at the beginning. Ours is a berm house, so the water was coming through the foundation right into our “basement” main floor/living space. We had a hard rain last night and not only was there no water in the house, there appears to be no more water pooling and flowing underneath the house and turning the opposite yard into a swamp. We actually were able to enjoy the thunderstorm for the first time in a while!
