We had Smouse do some extensive foundation work and lay down a vapor barrier. All the work was done expertly. In the process, there was some minor damage to some HVAC ductwork. I sent Smouse pictures of the damage, and told them the amount from the HVAC company to repair it, and they sent us a check to cover the costs no questions asked. It was amazing customer service. They're fair, honest, and do great work.

We had poly-lift jacklifting for our porch, walkway, and garage today. We had some settling on the porch and when I contacted Smouse they immediately set a date for warranty work to lift the settled area. They had an opening a couple of weeks before the set date and called to see if they could come and to the job. Yay!!Jared arrived on time and ready to get to work. Jared was professional, friendly, and experienced. He looked over the area to determine the best way to solve the problem and shared with us before beginning. He made sure we knew what to expect. He was diligent and cleaned up afterwards - left only the improvement in the settled areas!! Smouse also did waterproofing for us three years ago we have been extremely pleased with the process and the work done. I would absolutely recommend Smouse Brothers for professional home repairs. They offer highly trained technicians and extraordinary customer service.
