We dig until the foundation’s footing is fully exposed. Once uncovered, the old weeping tile is removed, and a new, filter-cloth-wrapped 4-inch weeping tile is installed.
Step 4: Cleaning and Repairing Foundation Walls
The foundation walls are cleaned and inspected for gaps or cracks. Any damage is filled with specialized non-shrink cement that expands upon application, creating a seamless barrier.
Step 5: Applying Protective Membranes
A rubber membrane is adhered to the walls, incorporating bentonite to ensure it remains flexible and secure even if there’s slight foundation movement.
