Smouse Bros were hired to level my foundation to avoid any future settling and to try to close the gap from previous movement. They, to my surprise, closed the gap to nearly its original state. What a great job. They communicate well and have an online reminder and document system to simplify the process. Triston and his teammate updated me daily with progress and required changes. Super nice people and very transparent. A great experience to what is a big investment.

I was very impressed with Smouse Bros. employee, Matt. He is very knowledgeable, carefull to explain and show me pictures of the work he did in my crawlspace, and friendly.

Smouse had done a foundation repair and stabilization on a house we purchased. The home inspector said the work was done very professionally and he was impressed. We had Smouse come back out and inspect at the one-year mark to make sure no additional settling had occurred requiring additional attention and all was in good shape. They've been responsive and professional in all our dealings and we'd highly recommend them.

Matthew not only did a thorough inspection, but added some features to my crawlspace that will allow the system to work more efficiently. I appreciate his extra attention to detail and his friendly personality. Thanks Matthew!

The guys are all so nice! They’re on time, polite, and hard workers! Took them longer than was estimated but stayed until everything was done to our satisfaction and was not charged any extra. Great bunch, would not hesitate to use again!

We had them jack up a 6' X 100' concrete apron on the front of our house that had settled over the last 30 years. Will showed up on time and did a professional job from start to finish including cleanup.

We had Smouse do some extensive foundation work and lay down a vapor barrier. All the work was done expertly. In the process, there was some minor damage to some HVAC ductwork. I sent Smouse pictures of the damage, and told them the amount from the HVAC company to repair it, and they sent us a check to cover the costs no questions asked. It was amazing customer service. They're fair, honest, and do great work.
