Smouse was very professional to work with. We have had them come give quotes for crawlspace work one other time before and they were never pushy with either quotes. Their office staff was very pleasant when communicating via calls and text messages. They were exceptionally reasonable with their price compared to three other companies we received quotes from. Both gentlemen who came and encapsulated our crawlspace introduced themselves and communicated well about each step & let us know when they were leaving for lunch or for the day. They also notified me of a couple problems noticed under the house related to plumping and electrical. I spent several hours cleaning the crawlspace prior to the scheduled encapsulation so I appreciate that they left the job site very clean and tidy!

Smouse brothers did a professional job at my home in SW Missouri. I had a rotted out 48 ft beam replaced by their team. They showed up on time and finished the job without any problems. They cleaned up and checked out w us on the way out. Everything worked as they said it would. I recommend them.

He seemed yo tale great care in being studious in his work filling the cracks in my foundation.

Smouse Brothers is a shining example of what we all hope a business should be. The crew that did the work at my house loved their jobs and had nothing but praise for how well the company treated them. As anyone knows, a happy employee (very rare these days), goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Josh, Jared and Evan hand dug trenches around the entire perimeter of my crawlspace of about only 3 1/2 feet high, then installed sock pipe, gravel, new vapor barriers then connected the pipe to the sump pump. They also replaced a rotted rim joist. Josh gave me an update daily on their progress and always asked if I had any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and very conscientious of my satisfaction. I couldn’t be happier with this company or crew. I now feel very confident about the integrity of my foundation. I highly recommend Smouse Brothers.

Josh and his A team worked overtime and are a lifesaver. They went into a high 80's percent humidity crawlspace and installed a 20 Mil Vapor Barrier. The next day the reading was 67 percent and going down. Highly Recommend Smouse Brothers.

I had the crawl space addressed by having it encapsulated, updated the sump pump, and added an evaporator. Down spouts and sump pump drains ran away from the house and had sidewalk, driveway and patio lifted. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them.
